Customers are Kings- Should employees be Valued more than Customers in an organization?
The ORGANIZATIONS should build and enhance the trust and morale of Employees by Creating a free flow of information to convince the Employees that the decisions and actions taken by the management are justified, reasonable and free from any Holo effect, amid the surrounding notion that the "customers are always right".
The employees and the customers are tools in the hands of every organization.
A means to an End.
A mechanism to achieving a partial or complete equilibrium
The core of every organization centres around teamwork taking into cognisant their targeted audience as they can be likened to both internal and external forces in generating lead and driving sales.
EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION when fully ENGAGED and COMMITTED should be focused on ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS No doubt, "Winning in every organization is inevitable if the employees are focused on stimulating, maintaining, and sustaining the organizational Goals.
In a bid of creating value, Organizations made efforts to remove every obstacle and bottlenecks coming in the way of the effective running of the organization with PARTICULAR FOCUS on PEOPLE, TOOLS, PROCESSES, and SUBSYSTEM of work for the attainment of organizational goals.

HOLISTIC,
AND a PLANNED.

The customers are always right, general notion. Right?
Likewise, Employees want job satisfaction.
Can there be customer satisfaction without employee satisfaction?
This is a question of the egg and the chicken which comes first in the hierarchy of welfare
There is a direct link between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction.
Happy employees equal happy customers. Unhappy employees lead to unhappy customers. It’s not quite as simple as that, but as a generalization, it’s not too far off.
This then requires that the organization should be tactical, and use applied behavioural psychology when dealing with its Employee and customers.
The need also for the organization to HIRE character and TRAIN skills that would be focused on stimulating, maintaining and sustaining organizational goals.
Hence organization should be DELIBERATE HOLISTIC and TACTICAL WHEN DEALING WITH ITS EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMERS.
BOTH ARE VERY IMPORTANT TOOLS IN EVERY ORGANIZATION WHICH REQUIRES THE KNOWLEDGE OF APPLIED BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE.
