Your mind, more than anything, is the single most powerful tool for birthing greatness and fulfilling your destiny. To make the most of it, there are three mindsets that will help.

The first is a growth mindset. A growth mindset never stops growing. The moment your mind ceases to learn and assimilate new methods and perspectives, that’s the same moment it begins to lose its potential for greatness. Learn from other people, observe your environment, get varying perspectives, read, stay current, watch the news, engage in meaningful dialogues, watch inspirational movies; these are simple ways to sharpen your growth mindset.

The second is a possibility mindset. Whatever your mind can conceive, it can achieve. This is the mantra of a possibility mindset. Even the Holy Book says, “All things are possible to those who believe.” A possibility mindset is a positive mindset that stays optimistic in tough and hard times. No matter how seemingly unachievable things seem, say positive words, try it out, put in your best effort, make adjustments to the plan, see the outcome, go for it, get advice from experts, approach it another way, keep the vision in view, remain dogged in pursuit, and never lose sight of the vision. These will help you keep a possibility mindset.

Lastly is a big-picture mindset. While you’re doing that small thing, see the big picture. It is okay to start small, but don’t fail to think big. Expand the vision beyond what you’re currently doing. Big-picture mindset is what guarantees sustainability. Big-picture mindset is what births generations, and leave lasting legacies on the footprints of time. See beyond the now, do things with the future in mind, practice excellence, build structures and systems that last, expand your borders, remove boundaries, do more, go for more, and be more, stretch yourself, and keep tweaking and expanding. These will sharpen your big-picture mindset significantly.

So, as you work on your growth, possibility and big-picture mindset, get ready for greatness.

However,  owing to certain logistics the meeting started a few minutes late at the Prayer devotion ground in Mariere hall.
